Rihanna confirmou que vai mesmo fazer uma parceria com a cadeia de lojas britânicas River Island e criar uma coleção que chegará as araras no ano que vem. "Estamos emocionados de termos Rihanna colaborando conosco e também de ser a primeira marca a trabalhar com ela dessa forma. Ela é um ícone de estilo, de moda de rua a algo totalmente chique, assim que começamos a trabalhar juntos, sabia que ela era perfeita", disse Ben Lewis, presidente executivo da River Island.
Os rumores começaram quando Rihanna foi vista saindo do escritório da River Island no final de fevereiro, e a coleção será lançada na primavera (européia) do ano que vem em Londres.
Não sei se alguma peça dessa coleção vai entrar no meu armário, julgando pelo "figurino" de Rihanna. Mas acho que essa colaboração vai ser legal, e que RiRi tem mesmo a cara do público da River Island.

As soon as we started to work together we knew this was a perfect fit." said Ben Lewis, chief executive of River Island. The rumors started when Rihanna was seen leaving River Island's London HQ at the end of February. The collection will launch in Spring 2013 in London. I do not know if any pieces of this collection will visit my closet, judging by Rihanna's own wardrobe. But I think this collaboration is quite cool, and that RiRi has the same style of River Island's public.
